Growing regional practice serves a population of 300,000+. Organization has 170 (and growing) practicing physicians and mid-levels employed in community medical centers throughout the region. Site of the Rural Family Practice Residency for the University of Minnesota. On-7:off-7
work schedule with 12 hour shifts. No call. Work with trained hospitalist, PA's and nurse case managers. Helicopter based in area 24/7, certified level III trauma center.
Office in a state of the art clinic attached to the hospital.
Heart Center rated in the top 5% in the Nation.
Compensation: Employed position. Paid malpractice, dental, health, disability, life insurance and relocation. Two retirement plans. CME stipend of $5,000 and an additional $1,500 for dues, etc. plus many more benefits.

24/7 in-house program, currently employs thirteen board certified IM physicians, and has a need for additional physicians because of continued programmatic growth. Current scheduling utilizes 12 hour shifts, and a block 7 on, 7 off model, plus additional time off. Although all currently employed physicians are full time, nocturnist and part-time options exist as well.
