Practice: The clinic is a non-profit regional medical center with a 60 plus physician multi-specialty group that is committed to providing quality, comprehensive care to patients. A new state-of-the-art hospital has just been completed. The ideal physician will work closely with multi-specialty group members and communicate well with patients and colleagues. This would be the second provider in a two-provider department. Each provider spends 2 to 2 ½ days per week in this clinic and another 2 days at another site. The physician would see about 20 - 25
patients per day, and perform an average of 10 surgical procedures per week.

Type of Practice:
The hospital is an 81-bed private, not-for-profit hospital and is the only hospital in the community. The OR has five spacious operating rooms with the ability to work with three MDAs and five CRNAs for surgery. There is also an off-campus Same Day Surgery Center. There are approximately 57 physicians on the active medical staff.
Practice could be located at a clinic at the hospital or be a partner with an established ENT. Physician could be an independent physician, supported by a healthy income guarantee for the first year or be employed by the Healthcare System. Call would be 1:2.
Compensation: The
opportunity will provide a competitive salary with an
excellent benefit plan.
